This anti-inflammatory snack, full of micronutrients and healthy fats, is extremely nourishing for the body. The nori seaweed sheets are high in plant protein, and rich in both iron and vitamin B12. You really can add whatever whole foods you like and can’t go wrong! This particular roll is both sweet and spicy from the combo of the apple and bit of guacamole.
