In my work as The Therapeutic Foodie, I help my clients to create personalized therapeutic lifestyle programs, and easy nutrient-dense meal plans that are based on a well-rounded, whole- foods approach to nutrition. Meal plans and therapeutic programs are individualized according to the client’s personal health needs and goals, and are focused on nutrient-dense ‘real foods‘ that are diverse, organic, seasonal, and unprocessed when possible. In addition, there is an emphasis on replacing key nutrients that are lost when under chronic stress. Eating a high quality ‘real foods’ diet is essential to help ensure that our bodies have as much nutritional support as possible to help support healing and rejuvenation from the inside out!

It is important to note that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to nutrition and lifestyle. Everyone of us has different metabolisms, individual genetic tendencies, health needs, food tastes, and possible food intolerances that are all factored in and considered when establishing a personal program. After a thorough intake, a personalized program will then help clients on the key therapeutic foods, botanicals, herbs, and nutrients that will help support the healing process, in addition with a therapeutic lifestyle program.
